Cool waters of the Baltic Sea for these gensets

🌊 Heading for the cool waters of the Baltic Sea with these four synchronised generating sets

Where gensets are installed on the coast, and are therefore exposed to salt spray, nothing beats C4H anti-corrosion paint for our FG Wilson generators.

This is the case for these four P715 gensets, which are soon to be installed in a data centre near the Baltic Sea.

We have therefore carried out the following modifications:

– Installation of a sump to recover 110 per cent of fluids

– Replacement of the control panel with a ComAp Group IG1000 for optimal load sharing

– Addition of an ultrasonic sensor for fuel level management and alarms

– Installation of a shock absorber to effectively absorb impacts

– Sanding and repainting of the entire casing with C4H anti-corrosion paint for optimum protection.

The four gensets were then synchronised together in our workshops on a resistive load bank to ensure the power supply is maintained in the event of a mains power cut and to prevent any loss of data.

A fine demonstration of our expertise, ranging from mechanics to electrical systems, including the finishing touches and the logistics required to bring it all together!
