The H150-ICE
Hydrogen hybrid genset from GeniWatt
The H150-ICE has been developed to meet the increasing demand for quiet, reliable site power with reduced carbon footprint, and that does not emit diesel pollutants.
Based on an internal combustion engine, specially developed and validated to operate with hydrogen, it is combined with a battery pack to boost the peak power and deliver up to 70% CO2 reduction compared to a diesel genset. High quality components have been used throughout to ensure durability, reliability and safety.
Applications
This new solution is suitable for direct replacement of diesel generating sets for events and rental applications, and in renewable energy installations. It could be used where carbon footprint and/or exhaust emissions are critical.

Energy Day to show our hydrogen genset
👉 The GeniWatt team was on hand in April for the Energy Day organised by the Fédération des Maraîchers Nantais (local Market Gardener federation). This sector is on the move to meet the challenges of energy saving and decarbonisation, with food sovereignty as its constant objective.
GeniWatt hosted a workshop to present its decarbonisation strategy and, more specifically, the hydrogen hybrid unit in operation, in the presence of the Prefect, Fabrice Rigoulet-Roze, and Senator Laurence Garnier.
The workshops were an opportunity to answer the many questions asked by participants and to demonstrate that hydrogen in a combustion engine to produce electricity works.
